My stay included breakfast for first 2 days. However, for the next 2 days when I went for breakfast, the staff kept insisting that breakfast was not included. Requested them to check with front desk but was still charged for breakfast when I checked out. Cannot understand why the booking department and the restaurant cannot sync up and created a very bad customer experience. In addition, was told that I need to pay 500 Yen per night and told front desk that I had already paid when I checked in on first day. Overall, very unsatisfied with the stay.

Wonderful stay at this hotel located right in the heart of Namba. Having the train station right at the doorstep made travelling to and from the airport/location incredibly easy. The room was excellent, spacious enough for 3 adults, and offered great value. So many things to love about this place. Highly recommended!

Our favourite hotel in Osaka. Very convenient for day trips as well as shopping in the Namba/Shimsaibashi area or to Umeda. Lots of F&B options. Room is generally comfortable size and it’s clean.

The staffs are very friendly and loved the location. The only small complains is the pillow was too soft and the bathroom can be cleaner.

We spent our last 2 nights in Osaka with Swissotel Nankai and while we like the location which is directly above the Nankai train station and near the Takashimaya dept store (we can easily get food from the amazing Takashimaya basement food hall), I did not give 10/10 because there was no coin laundry services available for the guest. I appreciate and like to commend the good room cleaning services and the front desk and concierge staff services which are super friendly and efficient. Thank you.
